I just saw the other review who suggests there’s no spice in this book. I don’t think we read the same story. This is like a five-star curry! Not only does the alien have physical characteristics (not found in humans) that sends this woman into absolute paradise, the heat of their passion scorches the pages (or burns up the kindle). Yes, I am a Maggie Carpenter fan, and one of the reasons is because she writes such great spanking and sex scenes. This story engaged me from the first chapter and kept me flipping the pages. I loved it and definitely recommend it. Five stars for heat, and five stars for story.Product details

I was not a fan of this book. I found myself skimming through most of the book. I did not find it to be entertaining. I didn't like how the characters were written or the storyline.

A great book too read.
I liked the plot but it needed to be longer. Seems like a wonderful short story. I wish it was drawn out more.
Very Good Book. It was fun to read, and the new twist on the sexy alien was quite entertaining.
This is a different kind of alien story. Ellie is too impulsive and stubborn for her own good. She has to learn the consequences for braking the rules. She is offered a life with Volador, who believes in following the rules. He is the alien who has watched over her for years. He courted her in dreamscape. Ellie is always breaking the rules and Volador has to meter out her discipline. There is a lot of spanking going on in this book, so if that bothers you, then don't buy this book. There is a lot of love shared after each spanking. She can get into trouble so easy. You have to laugh at her. I enjoyed reading this book immensely. Maggie Carpenter did it again. An excellent read.
This Alpha Alien is the most appealing sci-fi, paranormal hero I’ve ever come across. He’s not just the ultimate take-charge, handsome guy who is romantic and kind and all of that, he has very unique talents, and certain, shall we say, physical endowments, that made me absolutely groan. With pleasure that is! OMG!!!!
This book has it all. Great humor, suspense, excitement, and, fantastic sex. Honestly, I promise, there are elements in this book I’ve never read before. If this was a print book it would have a permanent place on my beside table. I keep hoping Valodar will materialize in my dreams just like he did for Ellie. I am telling my friends they have t read it. A super book.
